This is a newly created role due to rapid growth & success of the organisation. As EMEA Payroll Manager, you will report into the Global Head of Payroll & work with the EMEA & UK payroll team. Responsibilities include: * Processing multiple outsourced EMEA payrolls on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy & timely delivery in accordance to deadlines * Working closely with third-party providers on local regulations * Producing monthly reporting for finance * Perform control checks for audit & reporting * Play an integral part in a number of payroll related projects * Supporting on year end payroll activities * Drive continuous improvement on processes & procedures Experience required: * Demonstratable experience of processing multiple EMEA payrolls * Experience working with multiple third-party providers * Able to work in a demanding & faced paced retail environment * Excellent communication & organisation This role offers hybrid working (2 days per week in office), as well as working hours of 9-5:30, performance related bonus, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off + 1 wellness day per year.
